At QuickScores, we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by QuickScores LLC ("QuickScores," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact us.
QuickScores provides services to organizations that administer sports leagues and tournaments ("Client Organizations"). These Client Organizations in turn provide services to athletes and participants. We collect and maintain different types of information depending on whether you are a Client Organization representative or a participant.
We maintain contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address) for individuals who use our website to create leagues and tournaments. For some organizations, we maintain similar information for those responsible for processing invoices, such as business managers or accountants. We also maintain contact information for supervisors and managers to keep them informed about QuickScores status and improvements, and to contact in the event a trained scheduler leaves the organization.
When you use the QuickScores mobile application, we collect certain information automatically to provide and improve our Services:
Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access our application, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as iOS Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect and store your device's push notification token to send you updates about your teams, games, schedules, and messages. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Location Information: With your permission, we may collect location information to help you find nearby games, venues, or facilities. You can control location permissions through your device settings. We do not track your location when the app is not in use.
Usage and Analytics Data: We collect information about how you use the mobile application, including pages viewed, features accessed, time spent in the app, and interactions with content. This helps us understand which features are most valuable and improve the user experience.
Account and Authentication Information: When you create an account or log in, we collect your username, email address, and encrypted password. We use industry-standard security measures to protect this information.
If you make purchases through our mobile application using Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play In-App Billing:
Transaction Data: We receive confirmation of your purchase from Apple or Google, including the product purchased, purchase date, and subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card information - all payment processing is handled securely by Apple or Google.
Receipt Validation: We validate purchase receipts with Apple App Store and Google Play Store servers to verify subscriptions and prevent fraud. This validation includes sending encrypted receipt data to Apple or Google for verification.
Subscription Management: We maintain records of your subscription status, renewal dates, and cancellation information to provide uninterrupted service access. You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Cookies: When you visit QuickScores, we may send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer or mobile device that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our Services, such as remembering who you are after you have logged in and as you move from webpage to webpage. We may also use cookies to store information about your preferences and tendencies when visiting QuickScores. By better understanding your needs and habits, we can often anticipate your next move and make QuickScores more user-friendly. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some QuickScores features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
Log Information: When you use QuickScores, our servers automatically record information that your browser or mobile application sends. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or device. When someone from a Client Organization logs into QuickScores to create, maintain, or delete a schedule or tournament, the actions taken may be logged by the QuickScores software.
This logging is performed for several reasons: First, to determine which clients are actively using their services and which ones have not used their website recently. Second, the logs sometimes reveal a client that is struggling to perform some function, and QuickScores staff can offer helpful hints on how to perform the desired task. Third, the logs occasionally reveal fraudulent activity, such as creating a schedule for a real league, printing it out, and then quickly deleting the league to avoid billing.
Links: QuickScores may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our website and mobile applications and to customize content.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain Our Services: We use your information to deliver the services you request, including displaying schedules, processing registrations, managing team rosters, and facilitating communication between organizations and participants.
To Improve and Personalize Your Experience: We analyze usage patterns to understand how our Services are used and to develop new features and improvements.
To Communicate With You: We use your contact information to send you important updates about your account, schedules, games, and service changes. With your permission, we may also send you promotional communications about new features or services.
To Process Transactions: We use purchase information to validate subscriptions, manage access to premium features, and provide customer support for billing issues.
To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: We monitor for suspicious activity and use authentication measures to protect your account and our Services from unauthorized access.
To Comply With Legal Obligations: We may use and disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
We use certain third-party services to provide and improve our Services. These third parties may have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing for certain transactions. When you make a payment through Stripe, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. QuickScores does not store your complete payment card information. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Your payment information is provided directly to Apple or Google and is subject to their privacy policies. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and subscription status. For more information, see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
